HP ZR24W review english version

Hello,
I saw you have a preview of this monitor on the German site and a full pdf review available for download.
Is there going to be an English version available any time soon?
Also just my opinion on the charges per reviews.
I do understand that each review needs time and money, and a thourough review is well justified to be charged for.
What I cannot understand is why some monitors (as far as I know only the budget IPS ZR24W) are available only on payment and why others, that is the vast majority are available online for free, even models reviewed after the aforementioned one, like the samsung Samsung XL2370 LED.

We test the payment right now. The HP is available for download in about 2 weeks.
