Im in for a new display, preferably 24 inch. Now i like the review results of the P22W-5 eco. The 24 inch version is doing a lot worse when it comes to contrast, response time and input lag. Now these are key points for me when picking a monitor.

My question is did they really review the IPS version of the Fujitsu P24W-5 ECO back in march 2009 like they claim? because that one is 5 ms. The PVA version has a response time of 6 ms in its specs. You mention a 6 ms reponse time in your review, therefore i suspect they might have tested the PVA version afterall. That would explain the (huge) difference in test results between the P22W-5 and P24W-5 as well.

If im all wrong it still raises the question why the results between the 22 and 24 inch are so different. Could the manufacture process been altered since the review so that the characteristics are now more similar to the 22 inch one?

I hope to get some more info on this without actually having to buy and compare the two.
