Sehr erfreulich und vor allem nicht in den Preisregionen wie zunächst befürchetet :-)

Gibt es denn noch andere Hersteller, die auf LED-Backlight setzen in naher Zukunft?

Ich suche - langsam - einen Ersatz für meinen 12 Jahre alten Röhren-Fernseher, der allmählich kaputt zu gehen droht. Noch funktioniert er.

Nun möchte ich wieder ein Gerät haben, das mir möglichst viele Jahre dienen soll. Ich sehe nicht ein, mir alle paar Jahre neues Zeug zu kaufen (das ist beim PC ja schon schlimm genug, sind ja reinste Wegwerfartikel). Außerdem will ich auch keinen allzu hohen Strombedarf haben im Gerät.

Da kommen die LED-Backlight-Panels doch gerade recht. Fragt sich nur, wann es sie auf breiterer Front geben wird.
