REVIEW: NEC LCD1990SXi Part 6The OSD provides the following functions:
Brightness/Contrast Adjusts contrast and brightness. The automatic contrast is available when using analog connections. ECO mode reduces power consumption by lowering brightness. By means of the AmbiBright sensor, the brightness of the screen automatically adjusts itself to meet the respective ambient light conditions. Black levels can be separately adjusted, too. Values (0 to 100) are represented as percent. Automatic Adjustment (analog input only) Automatically adjusts picture position, pixel clock, and stability. Image settings Left/Right and Up/Down adjusts the horizontal and vertical image position of the screen. Width and height of the image are adjustable for analog connections. Likewise, the optimization of the image's stability and sharpness is only available for analog connections. The automatic optimization readjusts the image on its own every 30 minutes as well as each time a different signal source is selected. Interpolation Options are accessible via the menu item Expansion, these being: Full screen, fixed aspect ratio, 1:1 display (Off), and custom defined.
