Explanation of 3D views: The black grid represents the respective standard colour space and the white grid represents the monitor’s colour space. The actual intersection of both colour spaces is represented by the coloured cube. Where the black grid protrudes beyond the cube, the monitor colour space can no longer display the actual colour space. If the monitor’s colour space is larger than the respective standard colour space, the white grid protrudes beyond the cube.
sRGB colour space: 92 % coverage
ISO coated: 93 % coverage
Colour space coverage of 93 percent for the ISO Coated colour space and 92 percent coverage of the sRGB colour space can be seen as a good result.

deltaE deviation
Explanation of deltaE deviation: We indicate deviation in colours in DeltaE 94. This extends the original CIELAB formula from 1976 with correction factors with which the colour saturation for the colour samples is considered. Here, w use the factors used in the graphics industry. For neutral grey colour samples, both formulae deliver an identical result. The more saturated the colour samples, the lower the colour difference in DeltaE 94 as compared with the first definition. However, complete equidistance not achieved, even with the newer formula.
Therefore, it is difficult to make a general recommendation for the acceptable range of deviation. At a DeltaE of 1 one generally cannot perceive any difference in colour during a direct comparison, except for very lightly saturated colour samples. Beyond a DeltaE of 5, the deviation would generally be described as high. We measure the primary and secondary colours and several grey levels. Compared to sRGB, considerable deviations naturally arise with regard to primary and secondary colours in monitors with extended colour spaces. On the other hand, the possibility of achieving the most neutral grey axis possible in the factory settings is more interesting.

The factory setting is slightly higher than the target value at 6730 Kelvin. The light density is much too high, which is typical for factory settings, and the gamma is also too high, but remains constant. The deviations in the grey axis are pleasantly low. The colour values demonstrate a somewhat higher deviation, whereby red stands out slightly with a value of 5,6. The static contrast still reaches a good value at 812.
