Interpolation: Text

The Samsung P2250 displays all selected resolutions well, although not perfectly. No great weaknesses appear for any resolution.

Left: resolution 1.920 x 1.080, right 1.680 x 1.050.

Left resolution 1.280 x 1.024, right 1.024 x 786.

Resolution 800 x 600.

Interpolation: Games

Interpolation: GamesWe tested the interpolation with the game Anno 1404 and can state that it is very good in every selected resolution and every aspect ratio. When the letters and figures in the top line of the picture are compared, no negative effects can be seen. The fact that the image excerpt becomes smaller and more coarsely pixelled for a lower resolution can of course not be blamed on the monitor. A resolution of 800 x 600 could not be selected with the game Anno 1404.

Image sharpness

The image sharpness can be adjusted in steps of four between 0 and 100. The value 60 is selected as default and delivers a clean image. The settings should be kept between 40 and 80 where possible. At values lower than 40, the image becomes obviously blurred and begins to smear and at values above 80, over-subscription arises.
