* CCT reference
We carried out colorimetric measurements on the factory settings and Standard image mode. The results are very similar. Both pre-defined modes demonstrate a very neutral grey axis in the factory settings, but the white point and colour values reveal large deviations from the target values. The gradation is also not ideal, since it is too low. At 336 cd/m², the luminance in the factory settings is much too bright.

Profile precision
Once the monitor was calibrated, we first checked the profile precision. Here, we will limit ourselves in the following section to the monitor profile created in the course of the calibration to the sRGB recommended values with regard to white point and gradation. After calibration and profiling, a profile test was carried our with the software used, which compares the actual status of the monitor with the transformations arising from the monitor profile. The reference values are derived accordingly from the monitor profile.
