REVIEW: Belinea 101920 (No. 111919) Part 2
The Belinea 101920’s scope of supply comprises quick instructions, a CD, a D-Sub cable, an audio cable as well as a power cable. The CD contains a detailed manual in PDF format which comes in several languages. There are no Windows monitor drivers to be found on the CD, - instead, these are automatically fetched via internet when the CD’s setup program is being executed. So if you happen to have no internet connection available, you won’t be able to install the driver. Fortunately, the Belinea 101920 flawlessly works with the standard Windows Plug and Play driver, too. In our opinion, manufacturers should definitely include all of the software and drivers that are required for running the device. Just as it should go without saying that a DVI cable should accompany monitors having a DVI interface. This is clearly where Maxdata saves money at the wrong end. There is no detailed manual in printed form included with the Belinea 101920, something that, unfortunately, has become a common practice among display manufacturers nowadays.
Accessories of the Belinea 101920
The panel frame of the Belinea 101920 is silver; the rear side of the casing as well as the stand is entirely black.
At the top, left and right, the 101920 has a narrow bezel which is 1.9 cm in width. Due to the integrated speakers, the lower part of the frame is somewhat wider with 3.9 cm.
Front side of the Belinea 101920
The control buttons are placed in this wider, bottom part of the frame. The integrate speakers’ sound quality is moderate but still more than sufficient for playing back Windows operating system sounds.
