As with monitors, there are more than a few LCD TVs which are suitable for use with a VESA FDIM (*) standard wall bracket.
Picture shows how the distance between holes is measured
VESA75 and VESA100 are standards for mounting LCD monitors to rotary arms or wall brackets. The number 100 in the description indicates the distance between screw holes. Thus, VESA100 means that the distance between holes on the side of the LCD monitor or TV is 100 x 100 mm. A suitable all mount must therefore also conform to the VESA100 standard since otherwise, it cannot be attached to the monitor.
