Auto test

This little utility was developed and made available by courtesy of one of our board members.

Its purpose is to check whether the monitor really display each and every frame or maybe omits some. The monitor displays every frame properly if it is displaying picture 1 and picture 2 in an alternating fashion. Optically, this can be perceived as some kind of flickering. There ought to be no lines running through the picture.

Additionally you can let a little car drive through the picture. This ought to pass without any jerkiness. Depending on how much ghosting the monitor has, the car pulls a little trail behind itself.
