Whether you are viewing Blu-ray films, HDTV programmes, computer games or digital photos ― with the new M62, LG is bringing a monitor/TV combination to the market which offers large scale entertainment even in the smallest living room. “The new M62 is suitable for all who are looking for the best entertainment and still want to save space. Thanks to the elegant lines and high-gloss design, the combination of computer screen and television fits into any living room, however small”, explains Nils Seib, Manager for Public Relations at LG Electronics Deutschland GmbH.

If the LG M62 is working in TV mode, it uses a DVB-T/C digital tuner, with which MPEG4 content can be played back in considerably higher quality than has been possible until now with MPEG2 decoders. Naturally, the device can also process analogue signals. In addition, the M62 comes with numerous connectors which make the model into a true entertainment centre. With a response time of five milliseconds, the Full-HD models guarantee razor-sharp images for Blu-ray films and console games. Thanks to image format control, both 16:9 widescreen and 4:3 standard images are displayed with the same precision.
However, the LG M62 offers even more: the USB Quick View feature supports a broad range of conventional image and audio formats directly via USB and this makes the playback of images of music as easy as child’s play even without a PC.

As soon as the LG M62 is connected to a computer, it demonstrates outstanding qualities as a working model, which is optimised both for multimedia applications and work on the PC. Two HDMI, a DVI-D and a D-Sub port ensure flexibility with the model. And thanks to the integrated speakers ands the various audio inputs, the LG M62 can also be used directly as a Hi-Fi system.
The LG M2262D (RRP 279.00 €), M2362D (RRP 299.00 €) and M2762D (RRP 429.00 €) are available now from retailers.
