Coming from LG Electronics, the W2443T is the big brother of the W2243T model. According to the manufacturer, both monitors are suitable for private as well as for business users. With a 24 inch screen diagonal, the resolution of ,920 to 1,080 pixels and the resulting aspect ratio of 16:9, the W2443T gets in line with the category of Full HD widescreen LCDs. Sadly, customers will have to give a miss to an HDMI input. In combination with the piano-finished housing, the curvy-designed power button (red power LED) gives the W2443T to a unique, premium appearance.


According to LG, features of the W2443T-PF are a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1 and a static contrast value of 1,000:1. Providing an anti glare coating the built-in TN panel (Twisted Nematic) has a low response time of two milliseconds grey-to-grey (manufacturer information).
