Looking attractive despite its insipidity, the SyncMaster S22A200B LED pleases with its discreet matte black design. According to Samsung, the sleek, low-cost entry-level business model holds the promise of efficiency in the workplace.

The 22-inch full HD panel with LED backlight convinces with low power consumption of only 22 watts, which can be further reduced by the 'ECO Saving' function. While a zero-watt switch also consistently saves energy, the power supply is both an ergonomical and functional peculiarity:


In operation, the power adapter connects the footplate with the display panel and, coupled with the integrated cable management, provides for a tidy desk. When changing the office, a practical carrying handle on the back of the monitor simplifies transport and installation and also holds the power supply in case the S22A200B must be boxed. And if the new desk provides less space, the Samsung display is also suitable for VESA-wall mounting.

In order to operate the monitor more comfortable even then, the keys – tactile buttons instead of sensor surfaces – are not placed sideways, but at the bottom.
