Image quality

The Samsung LE-32A656A1F is equipped with an S-PVA panel of the latest generation from Samsung’s own production. The panel is run on 16 bits per colour channel, which is the equivalent of an inconceivable 280 billion colours. Samsung calls this "Wide Colour Enhancer 2" technology. The panel has a native resolution of 1.920 x 1.080 pixels and a comparatively fine pixel size of 0.360 mm.

The LE-32A656A1F is one of the first 32-inch LCD televisions which offer a native resolution of 1.920 x 1.080 pixels and thus correspond to the Full-HD standard. The surface of the panel has a reflective layer which Samsung refers to as "Ultra Clear Panel" and which should increase the colour brilliance considerably.

The disadvantage is that the furnishings are reflected irritatingly, especially during dark film scenes with a bright environment. However, it is possible to counteract these using appropriate lighting conditions and an indirect light source.
