Introduction

The IFA PreView was held this year on July 11-12 in Munich's Hilton City Hotel. This exclusive event, accessible to only a select number of journalists, focused on the upcoming international trade show and offered a sneak peek the first highlights that will be unveiled to an admiring public later in Berlin. PRAD was also represented at this year's event and was able to talk extensively with various manufacturers about their latest innovations.

On the basis of the information we collected, we can now safely announce that 2007 will be a banner year for consumers in the TV market. For the first time, all basic standards for a variety of TV systems that will be required in the coming years are finally integrated.

In this article PRAD presents a selection of future TV highlights, giving you today a comprehensive glimpse into the new world of flatscreens.
