M190EG01 V0 (P-MVA) and color accuracy

First of all - thanks for a great site!

Now, here's my dilemma:
I'm currently deciding between two monitors that has the same panel technology, Philips 190P7ES/00 and Belinea 1980 S2. I notice that the color accuracy of the Philips display only got "satisfactory" in your test. Does the color accuracy only depends of the panel? Can I expect the the Belinea to have the same (bad) color accuracy?

Hmm, it does looks like the Viewsonic VP930 also has a AUO M190EG01 V0 panel. At least when looking at

So, I guess that might answer my question (same panel can have different color accuracy, depending on what other technologies used in the display).
