Hey all! I'm new here (well, obviously - post #1 
), and I would like a recommendation as to which LCD monitor I should buy. My selection is limited to only the models I have listed below. My usage patterns will be roughly 45% gaming (must handle non-native resolutions well), 25% movies, 20% Internet browsing and 10% office productivity tasks (e.g. Creating Word documents and the like). Additionally, cost is NOT a factor for me. I would also like something that would preferably last me quite a while.
So, bearing all of the above in mind, which of these should I get (listed in no particular order):
- LG W2234S
- LG W2243S
- LG W2261VP
- LG W2343T
- Philips 244E1SB
- Samsung 2494HS

P.S. I was actually first led here by a Google search for reviews on the LG Flatron W2261VP. I note that it scored an overall rating of GOOD...
