I'm sorry but I'm french and I don't speak german very well. I'm here at this forum because this monitor seems to be a very good choice and because there is no available in France ! I live close to Deutschland and I would like to buy this TFT BenQ at an online shop.
It will be very nice if you can tell me some informations about FM Shop

Is it a safe website ? I chose this website because the shipping to France is possible with UPS for about 19€.
But my question is really about PIXELFEHLERS ? what happens is my monitor have some on it ? This shop changes the monitor for another or ?..

Because in France there is a RIGHT OF RETRACTION FOR 7 DAYS AFTER THE RECEPTION OF THE ORDER. is it the same in Deutschland ?
