When I try to run PixPerAn, I am sometimes experiencing a crash at startup. I am able to fix this issue by cloning my primary monitor with my secondary monitor. What gives?
My primary monitor is listed as #2 in Windows, so I was thinking it might not be detecting the monitor correctly?
Is this a known issue, any ideas?

Correct. I usually have it set to that. I believe PixPerAn has VSync on when I use that setting.
I do know that this stutter WOULD happen if I cannot maintain 120fps(my refresh rate), as the monitor will drop the frames to 60 for vsync.
However I should absolutely be able to maintain 120fps on this program, so I think the root of my issue is that I am dropping frames for some reason.
Would love any ideas.
I am experiencing exactly what is talked about on the main page of the PixPerAn program -- my framerate is 'jumpy', and my frames lost counter is incrementing slowly.
I have made sure literally every program is closed on my PC, and I cannot get a smooth framerate. I have a GTX 670, so there is no way I shouldn't be able to maintain at least 120fps.
The only way to maintain it is if I switch off VSync manually in my NVIDIA Control Panel.
What else could be causing these frame drops? I would love any ideas as I have tried quite a bit thus far.
