I got this monitor yesterday, overall I think it is good, except I have noticed that in a dark, or almost dark room on any black areas the screen has an obvious green glow to it, is this normal and has anyone else experienced this?Do all these panels have a green tinted glow on blacks? This monitor is nice except the green tint due to viewing angle, slightly on normal images but mainly noticeable on dark / black in a dark or almost dark room... Also noticeable on grey backgrounds.

Does the Asus feel a lot faster / less input lag than the Samsung? I hope so because the Samsung is slow in that review (slower than the BenQ) and I want something faster than the Benq BL3200PT..

75hz is better than 60. Are you sure it is not just the silver bezel on the Samsung making it more reflective? I hope that the coating on the Asus is not a lot more matte or grainy compared to the Benq / Samsung, I don't like strong matte coatings and the Benq BL3200PT was already matte, I think it would be the same coating as the BenQ as it is probably the same panel?... I don't know... does it look better overall compared to the Samsung you had? Did you do any other input lag tests? I will be getting one delivered on Friday so I hope that it is better than the BenQ / samsung!

So the input lag at 60 overdrive was 10-30ms difference... that is a big range but is probably about 22ms average... I ordered one after reading your post anyway so I hope it will be alright for input lag (better than the Benq BL3200PT). Is the coating the same or is it more matte / glossy? That is good if it does 74hz without skipping frames? Hopefully this will be able to work at 60 overdrive, 74hz and 10-20ms lag!

Thanks for the reply, I was not expecting that much detail, so it looks like the Asus has very low input lag 10-20ms with overdrive on 100% and a bit worse input lag with overdrive at 60% between 10-30ms. Are there a lot of artifacts at 100% overdrive (overshoot ghosting)? Did you try 80% overdrive? Difficult to know without there being any reviews... But it looks from your testing like the Asus has lower lag than the BenQ Bl3200PT at least on 100% overdrive. Interested to hear what the lag is like using displayport and also 80% overdrive as well, have you tried testing it using the "through mode" on the eizo? thanks for the information!
