My crt seems to be almost history when using it 15 min seems to be maximum time it stays on 
So time to get tft. I am interested about LG 1980U and iiyma 481 and 485 monitors. I am not sure do i need IPS,MVA,PVA or TN-panel but i do play games like Halo and Half life 2. I did found review of LG 1980U as german language but i would like to see also someone to add review in english here. Main thing that i would like to know about 1980U are
1. How good is picture quality?
2. f-engine does it improve quality?
3. How good 1980U is at gaming?
Are IPS really ready for fast FPS shooting games?
What is the fastest non TN-panel at the moment?
Samsung 193P i did found as 20ms but i found somewhere comment that it might be slower than S-IPS 25ms tft.
Iiyama seems to be one of favourite manufacturer's in germany. So i would like to see comments from it too.
