60 or 75Hz over DVI-D? (NEC 1880SX)

    Sorry for double posting but nobody is answering in english forum.


    I have NEC 1880SX connected with Radeon 9800Pro through DVI-D.
    I can set monitor's refresh rate to 60, 70 and 75Hz.


    Does it make any difference? Can it damage monitor?

    Just a little correction - it can be set to 60 or 70Hz. Is there any difference?

    I think there is no different between 60Hz and 75Hz.
    But the most used Hz for LCD is 60Hz. With 60Hz you will get the best result.
