Help on Eizo CE210 Geometry

    I just bought an Eizo CE210W and I want your help. I have noticed some minor geometry failures and I want to check if it is something acceptable, as I never had an LCD monitor before.

    If I saw your point right then this kind of problem usually is not showing distorted geometry of the panel, but uneven lines of the bezel. It simply shows how bezels are made of plastic. They ain't straight! 8)


    You can try to hold a good linear to panel display field to see if it's geometrically correct. If you came from a CRT you might also think your TFT is geometrically distorted since your eyes/brain are still used to the distorted CRT image.

    Thanks Timur, that was the solution and I was going to be paranoid of such a "distortion".
    Anyway, I compared it with a friend's 100€ LG and the LG had fine bezels. Don't be misunderstood. The Eizo has fine construction quality and the ArcSwing rocks, but uneven lines of bezel for that price...
