LG Flatron 1919 - is this the future of TN?

    This model catches my eyes last days ,but what is this 1400:1 contrast from TN ? And is this an 8 bit TN panel ? Impressions ?

    From what i know, the L1919S has 1000:1 contrast and lacks DVI.


    Perhaps you meant the L1952, which is specified at 1400:1 contrast?
    Also note that, in TN panel monitors, contrast ratios exceeding 700:1 should generally be taken with a grain of salt, as this refers to dynamic contrast which is only achieved with the help of some measurement cheats and only under certain lab conditions.

    1919S got a sticker with a 1400:1 contrast ,but making a sticker is easy :D important thing is that I cannot see major difference in imaging with a common TN panel ,lack of DVI is - too .
