New NEC 17'' and 19'' with 12ms

  • Hi kukukuk,

the problem is that many Mitsubishi TFTs have different product-names in Germany and that they are distributed under the NEC-label.

For example the Mitsubishi RDT 202H is called NEC 2080ux+ in Germany.
The 21" is called NEC 2180ux here.

That´s the reason why you can´t find any of them in the Prad feature guide database.

I actually don´t know what the NEC-name of the Mitsubishi 194S will be in Germany. It seems that this TFT will have nearly the same case as the NEC1960nx-i. But there are some minor changes visible.

I´m very interested because the panel will be very good for gamers.

    Greetings

    Mario

PS: Thank you for the new information.

  • Who said that you cannot buy Mitsubishi TFTs in germany? They are sold mainly to the industry. Just go to DC Use-Cars and you will find a lot of Mitshubishi TFTs, just for example.

Mitsubishi TFTs can be bought in europe by privat persons, just a little bit difficult.

It´s right that the panel is the same to the NEC devices and that NEC produces a lot of TFTs for them.

  • Read carefully, Totamec,

I haven´t said that you can´t buy Mitsubishi TFTs in Germany. I only said "many...".

It will be hard for private users to get one. That´s the point.

  • It's funny to read you have problems to buy hardware in Germany... :)

In Italy shops selling brands like Eizo, Iiyama, Neovo, Hansol you can count with only 2 or 3 fingers...
and we only can dream much of your prices...
    :(

And you say that Mitsubishi is sold under the brand NEC. Write carefully, cause that is not true what you are saying...

I'm not totally sure what you mean by saying that, but if you do a google search for RDT194S you get an equal amount of NEC RDT194S and Mitsubishi RDT194S coming up. And about as many called NEC-Mitsubishi RDT194S
Are you claiming that it is not the same monitor ?
To me they look like exactly the same.

Im still very interested in any info on when the monitor will be in europe (Scandinavia or Germany) and what the model number will be ,so if anyone know something it will be much appreciated ..

    That´s in relation to "many"!

    Again: read carefully.
