Thats a quality problem of a certain range of 190P7ES, where the notch of the Pivot-joint is too short to turn the TFT completely into horizontal position.

The only thing that could help is to demount the display and to widen the notch of the joint with a file or something like that.

I try to make it more descriptive: At your 190P7ES the notch is like this:
