Pixperan not working

So im running windows 7 x64 ult and pixperan doesnt seem to work for me, when i start the program the screen flashes and colors change but program doesnt start

nope , no luck there

rly u guys dont have any idea why it doesnt work :e?

yep it seems to work for every1 else xcept me, trying to find out the reason but not much support available on it
