The LTM213U4 panel is already in production...
The LTM190E4 seem to be the 193P panel... with 1000:1 contrast. 
This explain the words about very high contrast of new P models.
Also interesting the comparison between PVA and other technologies.

Don't worry, there is the DCC driving.
But where we can found these DCC monitors?
I think is only for BIG LCD-TV for now...
