So what implication could/would it have for me trying to play SD-DVDs when you write in your FS2332 review 'empfiehlt es sich dennoch dem FS2332 ausschließlich Vollbilder zuzuspielen.
I haven't read the FS2332 review yet but we can assume that it behaves like the FS2331 regarding signal-processing. This model uses a simple fieldscaling algorithm for deinterlacing which causes a loss of half the vertical resolution (regarding filmcontent) and visible line flicker. Not uncommon for computer displays. Keep in mind that this only relevant when feeding an interlaced signal (480i/576i/1080i).

Does it mean: some DVDs will be fine, but some not (so fine) because they are made with 'Halbbilder' ?? And how can you know in advance? (is this information written on the DVD-packaging?)
When using your computer for playback the video is deinterlaced. It depends on the software/ filters used how good the results will be, especially for native videomaterial (non film content, e.g. many documentations, television series, sport events...). An external player can deinterlace the signal too.

hat I can't watch blurays 'ruckelfrei'? (because it's shown in 60 Hz in stead of 24 Hz)
There will be some judder because of the framerate-mismatch. Just watch a DVD with filmcontent @60Hz with your current setup. I won't get worse. But even with an appropriate refresh rate it is not trivial to get a complete smooth playback with a computer as source. That's because of the different clock generators involved in the process. In this regard an external player is more unproblematic.

PPS: and is it correct that even if a TFt supports 24 Hz refresh rate that that doesn't guarantee judder-free playback?
Yes, many computer displays work with a fixed internal panel frequency.
Best regards
