Hello,I am spanish.it excuses by little speak english.
I buy a samsung 930bf,but that monitor this bad and now I want buy a new lcd monitor.
I must buy lcd monitor 19,I take to one week looking for information, and I have not been decided even.Reason why I have decided to resort to your aid.
I have chosen three marks:
Viewsonic vp930
Fujitsu Siemens p19-2
Sansung 970p
But the 970p have serious problems, the articulated arm falls
the articulated support-arm that maintains the screen has begun to yield and low about 3 or 4 cm with which the monitor in its elevated position cannot be maintained more, it has a failure of design in the hinges of this one arm, which they cannot maintain the weight of the monitor .
I like the viewsonic, nothing problems and good garranty pixels and subpixels. But they have said to me that viewsonic has problems of blacklight,
he is certain the one of blacklight or that already has been fixed with a revision of the panel
That you think of all this.As is better viewsonic vp930 or fujitsu p19?
Thank you
Viewsonic VP930 or Fujitsu P19-2

Thank youIf a good panel ilumination and uniformity are important for you, and your budget allow you to buy it, taking in account empiric reports I think Fujitsu-Siemens P19-2 seems better option...

First of all what do you want to do with your new LCD monitor? Office, Internet or Games. Please take a moment to answer this important question. And what is the maximum price you want to pay? Could you explain why the Samsung 930BF is so bad?
-
Of a whole little although what less to games and office, but I do not want to have problems with the games.
the maximum price you want to pay is 480 €,in spain viewsonic(410 €) anf fujitsu (480€).
the Samsung 930BF have serious problems with panel and and the change has offered me.
I like viewsonic,I have seen that it has problems with blacklight ,although I have my doubts on that information, they already habran I throw a revision of the panel.
If you continue helping you to me I thank for it.
Thank you -
I would prefer the Eizo S1931SH.
-
My doubts even follows, because if the one that but pleases me by the garranty is viewsonic, but I am scared that me of problems with blacklight .
Eizo is very good, but is price is 485 €.
Fujitsu Siemens is very good, but I have my doubts if it happened to him just as to samssung 970p with the arm.I like that if somebody has some of these monitors it counts its experience
as I must buy according to your experience????
Thank you -

It's because of the proprietary design of the 970p's stand. The fujitsu Siemens is quite different. According to a quick forum search, none of the many P19-2 users on this board have reported such problems with the arm. -
I would like knowing the opinion of some about you that has a viewsonic vp930
and if that thing about is true the blackline or is a lie.
I keep on doubting between the viewsonic vp930 and the fujitsu p19 , even already that they have the same panel and almost the same specifications.
It is possible to be between the viewsonic and the fujitsu (quality, yield and guarantee). I would like knowing your opinions before taking the last decision to buy one of these two monitors.
Thank You -

If I have seen them, but I am not so expert as the majority of you, although the minimal specifications that it must have a good monitor and the different types of panels. That's why I ask you for your help. Thank you

They do not use the same panel actually. The Prad Test about the VP930 is is a bit flawed since they seem to have reviewed a slightly defective model. Anyway the VP930 has changed since then, it is offered with a contrast of 1300:1 now (but maybe only the measuring method of the manufacturer has changed).
Since both models are quite close to each other regarding display performance I would suggest that you chose by ergonomics and looks of the chassis and take the one that looks better to you and is more comfortable to adjust (in my case I chose the VP930).
