    "Samsung announces new LCD Monitors with 4ms response time.


    The new Samsung 17" SyncMaster 178B and the 19" SyncMaster 198B sport this new extremely fast LCD response time. Samsung achieves 4ms response time with their RTA (Response Time Accelerator) chip. The last milestone was 8ms, which is available with the Samsung SyncMaster 915N for instance.


    The Samsung press-release also mentions a new SyncMaster CX713S. I am not sure if this one also features 4ms response time. The Korean to English translations are always a challenge.

    Sind sie mit PVA oder TN Panels?
    Is der 4ms standard "response time" (dann is es ein TN Panel) or 4ms G2G (könnte TN oder PVA Panel sein)

    Hallo, so wie ich auf pcwelt.de gelesen habe , hat das Display einen Einblickwinkel von 160 Grad. Das und die anderen Daten, sprechen für ein TN-Panel.
    Die Reaktionszeit ist G2G.

    wird das ding aber nicht haben. auf herstellerangaben sollte man nicht 100%ig vertrauen. bei den anderen tfts mit tn panel, wo 160 grad oder mehr stehen, merkt man ganz schnell, dass diese werte eher nicht zutreffen.
