Introduction

This review focuses on the new 30 inch widescreen LCD LP3065 from Hewlett-Packard’s Business Performance Line. As soon as the monitor arrives, packed securely in its huge carton, one becomes aware of how big it must be.

Once it is set up, however, the 24 inch EIZO S2410W seems almost small compared to the HP LP3065. The 76 cm diagonals are impressive in any case.

In comparison to the HP LP3065 (left), the EIZO S2410W (right) looks small.

Hewlett-Packard’s LP3065 is the second 30 inch LCD monitor we have examined in detail, the first being the Dell 3007WFP. The test results were obtained via a digital connection (DVI). Tests were run using a Sapphire Radeon X1950XTX and a XFX GeForce 8800GTX.
