The LG Flatron W2253TQ is another representative of the more and more common 16:9 format widescreen monitor. The 22-inch model demonstrates a native resolution of 1.920 x 1.080 pixels and is therefore Full-HD enabled (1080p).
LG has also included its tried and tested Flatron f-Engine in the W2253TQ. According to the manufacturer, this image improvement chip extends the contrast range of the image, analyses the hue and ensures natural colour reproduction.
One new feature of the 22-inch model is the FUN button. With the aid of this button, additional image effects such as sepia, Gaussian blurring or black and white should be possible. Our detailed review should show how useful this feature is.

The LG Flatron W2253TQ in securely and compactly stored in a narrow box. Apart from the 22-inch screen, the box also contains a DVI, a D-Sub ad the power cable, a CD containing software, a guarantee card and a quick set-up guide.

A practical illustrated guide for the assembly and connection of the 22-inch monitor is printed on the inside of the box. The pillar of the base is already connected to the monitor. It is necessary only to push the plastic base plate onto the pillar. The correct position is confirmed by a click.
