Introduction
The Samsung P2250 is an inexpensive 22-inch monitor with a TN panel. The high dynamic contrast of 50.000:1, a Full-HD resolution and a very low response time of 2 ms (G/G) should appeal to gamers in particular. Furthermore, "MagicBright3" technology should always deliver an ideal contrast ratio and brightness, even for moving image content. This test should clarify how well the Samsung P2250, with its promising datasheet values, performs in reality.

All results published in he test were obtained via the digital output of an Nvidia Geforce 8800GT 512 (G92) from Elitegroup. The iColor software and the "Colorimetre HCFR" software together with the DTP94 colorimeter from Quato were used for measurements for the calibration. The external playback of video material was performed by the Sony BDP-S350 Blu-ray player. The monitor does not have a HDMI input, so a DVI cable and a HDMI-DVI adapter were used.
Scope of supply
The Samsung P2250 is delivered in a compact, slim box, in which the screen is separated from the base and accessories by a thick layer of Styrofoam, which means that damage during transport can be avoided.

supply.
The scope of supply includes a D-Sub VGA cable for analogue connection, a DVI cable for digital connection, an external device cable, a microfibre cloth, a cable clamp, a getting started guide and a CD with software for the monitor and a detailed guide.
